At Lumina Light, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Return Process

  1. Email us with your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos (if the product is damaged or defective).

  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding eligibility for a refund.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to show on your bank or card statement.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing parts not due to our error.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards


Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
